The redhead is Koubai, one of my newer OCs. She is from Kirigakure and her clan is (in)famous for using a Hidden Technique, that allows them to control blood (their own as well as other people's blood) by unfusing it with their own chakra. That applies to blood inside the body just as much as when it is outside and so allows the user of the technique to control the body of their opponent as long as they manage to infuse the blood with their chakra. The technique can be repelled, if one knows how to do this and is fast enough to act, but since it is a Hidden Technique most don't understand enough of the inner workings of the technique to do anything.
Koubai survived the graduation ceremony of the Bloody Mist, spent years as one of the guardians of the Daimyo of Mizu no Kuni, was part of the second revolution against Yagura and became a missing nin after that. In the picture she is in her teens, after she had let Kirigakure to work for the Daimyo, but before she found out her younger brother was killed during the graduation massacre by Zabuza Momochi.
